Shipping and Delivery
Suppose a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by a customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs and the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to a customer's incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Return
We offer 30 days return policy. Ingredient solutions and certain products noted on our Website are not returnable. The customer must contact us via phone or email to request a return authorization and must return the items within seven business days from the request. We do not reimburse the shipping costs and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Claims
The customer must contact us and confirm the notification in writing when the customer wishes to claim a) any damaged goods supplied or b) alleged missing goods within 48 hours of delivery. We do not replace the goods reported after 48 hours from the order delivery confirmed by the delivery carriers. You must check all items upon arrival, and after 48 hours, they are deemed to be received in good condition and in the correct quantity.
