If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

USPS has no guaranteed delivery dates to any country since 10/25/2021. This has been due to Covid, lockdowns, governmental policies for locations and their personnel, airline travel restrictions, and cancellations.
