Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from Cellbone, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, subject to the terms below.

  • Eligibility:

    • Only orders placed directly through our official website are eligible.

    • An order number or proof of purchase is required.

    • Product must be returned with the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Refund Amount:

    • Shipping fees paid by us to ship your order will be deducted from your refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

  • Condition of Returned Products:

    • We accept returns of products with the unused portion remaining.

    • We reserve the right to deny a refund (or issue a partial refund) if the product has been excessively used, damaged, or altered, or if components are missing.

  • How to Request a Return:
    Before sending any product back, please email or call us at customerservice@cellbone.com to obtain return instructions.
    Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

  • International orders

  • Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase


Promotional Items & Gifts With Purchase

If your order included promotional items or complimentary gifts, these must be returned with the qualifying product to receive a full refund.

If the main item is returned without the associated promotional items or gifts, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct the value of the unreturned items from your refund, or

  • Deny the refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For damaged or defective items,  you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist with a replacement or refund according to the situation.
